SEO stands for search engine optimization, which is the process of improving the visibility and ranking of a website on search engines like Google. The more traffic a website gets from search engines, the more income it can generate from various sources such as ads, affiliate links, and digital products.

The basic principle of SEO is simple: find keywords that people are searching for, but not many websites are covering, and write helpful articles based on those keywords. Repeat this process over and over again, and you will have a website that attracts thousands of visitors every month.

The formula for calculating the income potential of a website is also simple:

Monthly Income = Number of Articles x Monthly Views per Article x RPM

RPM stands for revenue per thousand views, and it depends on the niche, the quality of the content, and the monetization methods. For most websites, RPM ranges between $15 and $25. For example, if you have a website with 300 articles, each getting 800 views per month, and an RPM of $20, you can make:

Monthly Income = 300 x 800 x $20 / 1000 = $4,800

That’s not bad for a single website, right? Now imagine having multiple websites in different niches, each generating passive income every month. That’s exactly what I do. I currently run five websites in various topics such as personal finance, travel, plant care, programming, and parenting. Here are the stats for my websites:

Website 1: 400 articles, 700 views per article, $20 RPM

Website 2: 250 articles, 800 views per article, $25 RPM

Website 3: 200 articles, 600 views per article, $15 RPM

Website 4: 150 articles, 500 views per article, $20 RPM

Website 5: 100 articles, 400 views per article, $15 RPM

If you add up the numbers, you will get:

Total Monthly Income = $15,300

And that’s just from ads. I also make extra income from affiliate links and digital products, which brings my total monthly income to over $15k.

The best part is that I don’t have to work hard to maintain this income. Once I write an article and publish it on my website, it will continue to rank on Google and bring me traffic and income for months or even years. All I have to do is write more articles and grow my websites.

Of course, SEO is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes time, effort, and patience to build a successful website. It also requires learning the skills and strategies of SEO, such as keyword research, content creation, link building, and more.
